Photo day information
To obtain information about the date, time, location, how it works, etc., please contact the school. Your school will be able to provide you with exact information.
Before photo day
Before photo day
- Plan to have your hair cut about a week before the shoot, if necessary.
- Make sure your outfit or uniform for the day of the photo is spotless, clean and well pressed.
- Have you thought about practicing your smile so that it looks perfect and natural on photo day?
- Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and confident.
- If you wear glasses, don't hesitate to wear them on the day of the photo: our photographers are trained to reduce the effect of reflections.
- If necessary, remember to bring what you need for touch-ups just before the photo (hair, make-up, etc.).
- For graduation photos, all photo accessories are provided (gown, cap, diploma, etc.).
- In order to access your photos, you will receive a webcode to log in to our website. Depending on how your school operates, you will either receive the webcode directly after the photo shoot, and the photos will be online within 5 working days of the photo shoot, or you will receive the webcode at the school approximately 7 working days after the photo shoot.
Retake information
If you missed the date of the photo shoot or would like to retake your photo because you're not satisfied with the result, here's the information about retakes:
- Check with the school to find out if there will be a retake at the school and obtain information about the date and how it will work.
- If no retakes are scheduled at the school, we offer pop-up retakes held in different Quebec hotels in November, January and April of each year. You can contact customer service one month in advance to obtain registration information, locations and dates.
