Ordering Photos

How do I order my photos?
To proceed with the order, you can go to our online boutique using the webcode provided to you and personalize your purchase.
Are retouches included?
An additional touch-up service is available if needed, at an additional cost.
Is there a deadline for ordering photos?
There is only an order deadline in order to benefit from delivery to school free of charge. You can order your photos throughout the school year following the shoot. The photos are then archived for a period of 2 years, during which you can contact us to restore and order them. After this time, your photos are deleted from our servers.
Is the group photo included?
Each child has a free group photo, if the school board has authorized the photoshoot.

Payment and delivery

What type of shipment can I choose and how long does delivery take?
We offer three types of delivery:
• Delivery to the school free of charge, in 10 working days after the order deadline indicated on your proof.
• Home delivery by Canada Post, in 7 working days.
• Delivery to the Jean Coutu of your choice, in 7 working days.
What to do in case of guarantee?
We attach great importance to our customer satisfaction. As a result, all our shipments are guaranteed to be sent and we have a refund policy in the event of loss, theft or damage. In the event of a dispute with your shipment, you can contact our customer service via chat, email or telephone, which will take care of your request.
Are there any additional charges?
Delivery to the school is free if the order is placed before the deadline indicated on the proof. You can still place an order after the deadline, the delivery cost is $6.99 for home delivery or $4.99 to Jean Coutu.
What method of payment is available?
You can pay for your order by credit card or cheque.
Is there a discount for children from the same family?
If you have 3 children within the same school, the third child will be free.
Is there a discount for school staff members?
In agreement with the corresponding school board, we offer a credit of $16 to staff members.

How to get a partnership?
We are always open to new partnerships, whether with companies, foundations or school boards. To contact us regarding partnerships, go to the contact page and fill out the form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How to cancel or postpone a session?
• If you wish to postpone or cancel your photo session, you can contact your representative who will take care of your request.
• For university students, you can modify and cancel your session on the site where you made the appointment directly.
