Security is one of the most important elements at Green Apple Studio, in particular with regard to the protection of children's personal data. It is crucial to maintain a high level of security to protect the sensitive information of our youngest.

We have rigorous cybersecurity measures in place to ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive student-related data, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and images. We work closely with IT security experts to implement state-of-the-art data protection systems.

Our cybersecurity measures include implementing a firewall, monitoring network traffic, backing up data regularly, and using anti-virus and anti-malware software. We also have strict security policies in place for company employees, including protocols for managing passwords and accessing sensitive information. We carry out background checks on our photographers every year and ensure that no data leaks can take place.
We also consider the importance of student welfare in everything we do. The photos we take can be treasured memories for parents and children, and we are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of every child.
Photo Protection
We guarantee that all photos are stored on secure servers with restricted access. At the end of the school year, the images are archived on a secure server for a period of 5 years to allow parents and children to buy back a lost photo, or make a first purchase. Once this period has passed, the photos are all permanently destroyed, with no way to restore them.
We are proud to be a trusted partner for schools and families in the region and will never share images with third parties without explicit parental consent. In addition, we are aware that communication with children is crucial to guarantee their well-being. We are ready to listen to their concerns and answer all their questions about security and privacy.
